Unlike traditional types of psychotherapy, CBT focuses on the present, teaching clients how to change irrational thoughts and maladaptive behaviors, that often results in feeling better quickly.

My clients often report a shift in perspective and feeling hopeful after the first session. I have had the priviliege of watching clients dramatically change their lives and become healthier and happier.

My approach is warm and empathic and my goal is that you leave each session feeling more clear on what is getting in the way of what you want from your life.
